Instead of spending weeks messaging suppliers one by one, kaganapn generates a personalized event plan with budget breakdowns, timelines, and supplier recommendations tailored to your specific event.
The name kaganapn is derived from the Filipino word for "event" or "occasion." It reflects our mission to make event planning accessible, smart, and stress-free for every Filipino celebration.

Planning Your Event
When you create an event on kaganapn, you tell us the basics — your event type, date, location, budget, guest count, and any specific preferences (like "garden wedding with a rustic theme" or "intimate birthday dinner for 30").
Our AI then generates a complete event plan that includes:
- A personalized budget breakdown — The AI analyzes your specific inputs to allocate budget across categories like catering, venue, photography, and decorations based on your priorities and local market pricing.
- An event timeline — Key milestones and preparation tasks leading up to your event day.
- Supplier recommendations — Matched suppliers scored for compatibility based on your budget range, location, event type, and stated preferences.
You can edit any part of the plan, adjust budget allocations, and regenerate recommendations as your plans evolve.
You can plan virtually any event, including weddings, birthdays, debuts (18th birthdays), baptisms and christenings, corporate events, graduations, baby showers, engagement parties, anniversaries, holiday parties, and reunions.
Each event type gets contextually relevant planning — for example, wedding plans include separate ceremony and reception venue considerations, while corporate events focus on AV and logistics.
Our matching system works in stages:
- Location filtering — We identify suppliers who serve your event area.
- Category matching — We match suppliers to the categories your event needs.
- Budget alignment — We filter for suppliers whose pricing fits your allocated budget per category.
- AI compatibility scoring — Each remaining supplier is scored based on how well they fit your specific requirements, style preferences, and event context.
Every recommendation comes with a compatibility score and a plain-language explanation of why that supplier is a good match for your event.
The AI-generated budgets are based on actual Philippine market pricing and your specific inputs — not generic percentages. If you tell the AI you want to prioritize photography over decorations, the budget will reflect that. You can also manually adjust any category allocation after the plan is generated.
That said, these are planning estimates. Actual pricing comes from supplier quotes once you start booking.
Yes. Your AI plan is a starting point, not a locked document. You can adjust budget allocations across categories, modify your timeline, create a fully custom budget or timeline plan, regenerate the AI plan with updated preferences, and add or remove supplier categories.

Finding and Booking Suppliers

Our AI matching system helps you find the right suppliers in each category based on your specific event requirements and budget.
The booking process is straightforward:
- Send an inquiry — Browse recommended suppliers or the supplier directory, then send a booking request with your event details and requirements.
- Receive a quote — The supplier reviews your request and sends a price quote, which is valid for 14 days.
- Accept and confirm — If the quote works for you, accept it to confirm your booking. You can also request a revised quote if needed.
- Track payments — Once booked, your supplier records payments as they're made, so both of you can track payment progress.
You can message your supplier directly through the platform at any stage.
Yes. Every booking includes an in-app messaging system. Once you send an inquiry, you and the supplier can discuss details, negotiate requirements, and clarify expectations — all within the platform.
Currently, payments are arranged directly between you and your supplier. kaganapn provides built-in payment tracking for GCash, Maya, bank transfer, cash, and check — so both parties always have a clear record of what's been paid and what's outstanding. Suppliers can also share their payment QR codes through the platform for easy transactions.
We're actively working on integrating an in-platform payment gateway so you'll be able to pay suppliers directly through kaganapn. We'll announce this when it's ready.
For Suppliers
We're currently onboarding suppliers through an invitation and application process to ensure quality across the platform. If you're a service provider in the events industry, you can request access by visiting our Contact page and selecting "Supplier Application" as your inquiry type.
Our team reviews applications and will reach out to guide you through setup.
Once accepted, setting up your profile takes about 15–30 minutes:
- Create your profile — Business name, description, address, and contact details.
- Select your categories — Choose up to 3 service categories that best describe what you offer.
- Set your service areas — Tell us which cities and provinces you serve.
- Add your services — List your individual service packages with pricing.
- Upload your portfolio — Add up to 20 photos and a feature video showcasing your work.
- Add payment methods — Let organizers know how you accept payments.
After setup, our AI automatically generates an enhanced profile that highlights your specializations and strengths to help organizers find you.
During our current early access period, kaganapn is completely free for suppliers. There are no commissions on bookings and no listing fees.
We're developing subscription plans that will offer enhanced visibility, analytics, and lead generation tools. We'll communicate any pricing changes well in advance, and core platform access will remain accessible.
Your supplier dashboard gives you a clear view of all incoming inquiries and active bookings. For each booking, you can review the organizer's event details and requirements, send a price quote, revise quotes if the organizer requests changes, track payment progress with built-in payment recording, communicate with the organizer through in-app messaging, and view reviews after event completion.
Yes. Your analytics dashboard shows profile views, how often you appear in AI-matched recommendations, inquiry rates, and booking conversions. This helps you understand how organizers are discovering and engaging with your profile.

Trust & Safety
Every supplier on kaganapn goes through a review process before their profile goes live. This includes a portfolio review and business information validation.
Suppliers who submit official documentation — such as a government-issued ID and business registration — receive a Verified badge on their profile. This badge gives organizers additional confidence in a supplier's legitimacy and professionalism.
We encourage organizers to look for the Verified badge when browsing suppliers, and we encourage all suppliers to complete verification for better visibility.
kaganapn serves event organizers and suppliers across the Philippines. Our strongest supplier network is currently in Cebu and the Visayas region, where we have a curated group of verified suppliers across multiple categories.
We're actively expanding to more cities and regions. If you're outside our current coverage area, you can still create an event and use our AI planning tools — supplier availability in your area will grow as we onboard more providers.
We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information, event details, and communications are secured and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Supplier information is only shared with organizers in the context of event planning and bookings.

If something goes wrong with a booking, we encourage you to first communicate with the other party through our in-app messaging to try to resolve the issue directly. If you're unable to reach a resolution, you can contact our support team through the Contact page, and we'll work to help mediate.
Getting Started
Signing up is free and takes less than a minute. Visit our sign-up page, enter your name, email, and password, and confirm your email address. Once confirmed, you can start creating events immediately.
For organizers: Yes. Creating events, using AI planning tools, browsing suppliers, and booking suppliers are all free during our early access period.
For suppliers: Also free. There are no listing fees or booking commissions during early access.
As we grow, we plan to introduce optional premium features for power users, but core event planning and booking functionality will remain accessible.
