This role combines creative planning, logistical coordination, and hands-on facilitation to ensure every event is successful, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ✅Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines. ✅Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure logistics and materials. ✅Facilitate and host programs, games, and team-building activities with energy and professionalism. ✅Oversee on-site event setup, flow, and teardown. ✅Ensure smooth coordination among team members, vendors, and participants during the event. ✅Maintain participant engagement and ensure a positive event atmosphere.
